    Editorial and earnings methodology

CreatingCareers publishes practical guides for testing ways to earn from a skill. This page explains what our figures mean, what counts as evidence, and how we correct content when it falls short.

    Pricing is a starting hypothesis

Ranges in our guides are planning estimates, not verified customer earnings or guarantees. A useful price depends on geography, niche, scope, experience, demand, and proof of work. Validate it against current listings and real buyer conversations.

    Examples are labeled as examples

We do not present invented people, quotes, revenue, ratings, or customer outcomes as social proof. A hypothetical package or scenario must be described as illustrative. Real testimonials and case studies require permission and a verifiable source.

    Specific claims need a source

Time-sensitive figures such as platform size, fees, market growth, and marketplace rules should be checked against primary sources. If a figure cannot be supported or is no longer useful, we remove it or replace it with durable practical guidance.

    Useful beats comprehensive-looking

A guide should help a reader make a decision, create an offer, test demand, or contact a buyer. Repeated generic sections are revised with niche-specific steps, constraints, and examples rather than hidden from search engines.

    Corrections

If you find an unsupported claim, outdated platform rule, or misleading range, send the page URL and supporting source to support@creatingcareers.net. We will review the underlying claim and update the indexed page itself.
