Renewal and Cancellation:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your paid period
• If you cancel, you will not be charged for the next billing period, but no refunds are provided for the current period

Refund Policy:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions, subject to usage-based restrictions. Refunds may not be available if you have substantially utilized premium features (e.g., used more than 50% of plan limits, created landing pages, or exported numerous templates). Failed Payments:

Our service is designed to support legitimate business use. To ensure fair access for all users and maintain system performance, we implement fair usage policies, particularly for features marked as "unlimited" on Growth plan subscriptions.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer:

Content generated by our AI features, including offers, analyses, roadmaps, and recommendations, is provided "as is" for informational and planning purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before use. CreatingCareers is not liable for any decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.

No Warranties:

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatingCareers, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use our service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination by You:
